# Quên mật khẩu

Khi 1 tài khoản đã quên mật khẩu của mình thì hệ thống sẽ cho bạn một chức năng đó là “Quên mật khẩu”

**Bước 1:** Ở trang đăng nhập, bạn nhấn vào link [<mark style="color:green;">Quên mật khẩu</mark>](https://banhang.upos.vn/forgot-password)

**Bước 2:** Hệ thống đi tới trang **Quên mật khẩu**, bạn nhập Số điện thoại đã dùng để đăng ký tài khoản UPOS. Và nhấn nút **Gửi OTP**.

**Bước 3:** 1 mã OTP sẽ được gửi về số điện thoại bạn đã nhập. Nhập **mã OTP** đó vào hệ thống, bạn sẽ truy cập được vào tài khoản.
