# Thêm khách hàng mới

Bạn có thể thêm thông tin khách hàng mới bằng 2 cách:

**CÁCH 1:** Thêm trực tiếp trên hệ thống UPOS

**Bước 1:** Trên trang **Quản lý khách hàng** nhấn chọn nút **Thêm mới**.

**Bước 2:** Nhập thông tin khách hàng: Mã khách hàng và Số điện thoại là duy nhất. Sau đó, chọn Nhóm khách hàng để quản lý thông tin khách hàng theo nhóm hiệu quả.

**Bước 3:** Nhấn nút **Lưu** ở dưới phần điền thông tin để thêm thông tin khách hàng mới.

**Lưu ý:** Những ô có dấu <mark style="color:red;">\*</mark> là thông tin bắt buộc nhập. Không được bỏ trống.

**CÁCH 2:** Tải file excel danh sách khách hàng lên hệ thống UPOS (Với cách này bạn có thể tạo nhanh một lúc nhiều thông tin khách hàng)

**Bước 1:** Trên trang **Quản lý khách hàng**, nhấn chọn nút **Import danh sách khách hàng**.

**Bước 2:**  Bảng thông tin xuất hiện, nhấn vào ô **Tại đây** để tải mẫu file Excel có sẵn trên hệ thống.

**Bước 3:** Điền đầy đủ thông tin khách hàng vào file mẫu excel đã tải.

**Lưu ý:** Những ô có dấu <mark style="color:red;">\*</mark> là thông tin bắt buộc nhập. Không được bỏ trống.

**Bước 4:** Sau khi hoàn tất, bấm **lưu file** và quay lại hệ thống nhấn **Chọn file** để chọn file và nhấn **TẢI LÊN**.&#x20;

Hệ thống sẽ tiến hành kiểm tra và tự động thêm thông tin các khách hàng theo đúng dữ liệu trong excel. Thông báo tạo khách hàng thành công.

**Lưu ý:** Nếu bạn nhận thông báo file tải lên bị lỗi như hình bên dưới thì nhấn vào **Xem chi tiết** để xem cụ thể lỗi điểm nào. Chỉnh sửa lỗi đó và tải file lên lại.
