# Các chức năng chung

### 1.    Góp ý

Bạn có thể đóng góp ý kiến giúp cho đội ngũ UPOS ngày càng hoàn thiện hệ thống và dịch vụ tốt hơn thông qua chức năng **Góp ý** trên hệ thống UPOS.

**Bước 1:** Nhấn vào nút **Góp ý** bên phải giao diện trang **Tổng quan**.

**Bước 2:** Nhập tiêu đề, nội dung góp ý và lựa chọn loại góp ý. Bạn có thể tải lên file góp ý dưới dạng văn bản doc., excel, hình ảnh hoặc gif. Sau đó nhấn **Gửi góp ý** ở phía dưới bảng thông tin.
