# Mẫu nội dung phản hồi

Đây là chức năng hỗ trợ thiết lập danh sách mẫu nội dung phản hồi cho tin nhắn/bình luận để tiết kiệm thời gian phản hồi các câu hỏi chung thường gặp.

Để thêm mới mẫu nội dung phản hồi ta thực hiên như sau:

**Bước 1:** Ở trang Quản lý mẫu nội dung phản hồi bạn chọn **Thêm mẫu**

**Bước 2:** Hộp thoại tạo mới mẫu phản hồi hiện ra. Tại đây bạn nhập Tên viết tắt của Mẫu phản hồi, Nội dung phản hồi và các hình ảnh gửi kèm\
Lưu ý: Dùng thẻ {name} để tự động thay thế bằng tên facebook khách hàng khi gửi phản hồi.

Sau khi hoàn tất nhập các nội dung, bạn nhấn **Lưu** để tạo mới Mẫu phản hồi

Để thực hiện chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa Mẫu phản hồi bạn chọn vào biểu tượng dấu ba chấm ở cuối dòng, sau đó chọn chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa để thực hiện.
